Shipping Policy

Orders placed online are typically processed to ship within 2 business days pending stock availability. During sale events and the holiday season, orders placed online may be processed to ship within 3 - 5 business days pending stock availability. The delivery window begins once an order is accepted and processed. In the event that stock is unavailable or additional confirmation of payment details is required, the order may be delayed and customer service will contact the purchaser via the email address and/or phone number on the order for further direction.

Delivery charges are based on the total weight of the order. At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. or A.P.O boxes. 

**International shipping charges are not inclusive of any duties, tax or broker fees that may apply and for which the recipient of the shipment will be responsible.**

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Lost/Stolen Packages:

Best Trends Online Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
